I am an experienced Trade Unionist with a strong track record of representing and supporting workers since 2017. I began my journey as a workplace representative in the leisure sector, where I developed a solid foundation in casework, member advocacy, and workplace organising.

In 2020, I progressed to the role of Convenor, taking on greater responsibility for coordinating representatives, leading negotiations, and supporting collective campaigns across the workforce. This role strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of strategic industrial relations.

In 2022, I was elected as Branch Secretary, where I now lead on branch strategy, negotiations with employers, and the overall direction of union activity. I am committed to strengthening member voice, promoting fairness at work, and delivering meaningful outcomes for the workforce.
